Financial Risk Manager - Frankfurt

Key responsibilities:

• Design and embed the Risk Management Framework;
• Develop the financial risk regulatory reporting framework
• Monitor and report various risk metrics and ensure any breaches are reported to senior management
• Manage the firm's relationship with the Regulator from a Risk perspective
• Lead the development of existing market and counterparty credit risk reporting
• Lead on stress testing framework development and implementation, scenario analysis
• Produce monthly Board level management information
• Lead the development and production of the ICAAP

Skills required:

• Experience within an Financial Risk Management role, preferably with some exposure to CFD
• Prior experience running the ICAAP process from a Risk perspective
• Excellent knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and designing and embedding Risk Appetite Frameworks and Risk Limits
• Strong knowledge of German Banking act, Basel III and CRD IV
• Passion for Risk Management and enthusiasm to help improve the Risk Culture in the business
