FM Account Director - £75-95,000 - London

Investigo are working with a National Commercial Property Management Company to recruit for an FM Account Manager on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Provide Operational Leadership to the patch of c400 commercial properties
• Set the Deliver the FM strategy for the London region through both the in-house team and specialist contractors
• Positively impact customer satisfaction
• Ensure properties remain compliant and adhere to H&S laws
• Management and leadership of the regional team through a series of management layers

The Person

• Appropriate qualifications in FM/Engineering and Management
• Extensive experience of the operational management and leadership of a £40-60m P&L FM business
• Having previously managed both Hard and Soft (TFM) contracts)
• Demonstrable experience in large scale organisations with high levels of change
• Ability to manage and improve customer satisfaction
• Ability to use data and innovation to drive performance
