FM Helpdesk Operative - £26-30,000 - London

Investigo are working with a Property organisation in London with a varied and high-profile property portfolio to recruit for a FM Helpdesk Operative on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Be the first point of contact for internal customers with FM issues and queries
• Log and administer FM requests onto the CAFM system
• Provide good customer service to internal and external stakeholders

The Person

• Previous experience of Helpdesk work in a Facilities, Maintenance or Engineering environment
• Understanding of a CAFM system (Archibus preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
