FP&A Analyst

My client is an industry leading company in the build to rent sector who are looking for a new FP&A Analyst due to their recent growth and ambitious plans for further development over the next few years. They are looking for a deeply analytical and commercial individual to come into an already high performing team and to develop into a more senior member of the team within 24 months.

Key Responsibilities

-Monthly FP&A accountabilities to all relevant parties

-Develop sound financial analysis for both risks and opportunities

-Modelling and financial analysis

-Work with business partnering teams to improve negative trends

-Production of monthly management accounts

-Business planning

-Budgeting and forecasting

-Build relationships with all relevant stakeholders

Key Requirements

- ACCA or CIMA qual

- Qualified in industry

- Real Estate preferable but NOT essential

-Positive, forward thinking attitude

-Strong excel skills
