FP&A Analyst

Investigo is pleased to be working with a renowned insurance brand based in central London, on their search for a talented qualified Accountant to join their global FP&A team.

This role would suit a candidate who is either; qualified within practice with experience auditing insurance firms, or qualified with experience within an insurance provider.

Reporting to the Global FP&A Manager, this role will be responsible for cross divisional business partnering, being the subject matter expert when it comes to global divisional financial data and play an integral part in strategic decision making for the global business unit.

This role will have responsibility over:

• Forecasting - building and monitoring business unit forecasts
• Management reporting - Performance of the Business Unit to provide decision support
• Financial support on quantification areas of strategies including portfolio improvement plans and scenario analytics.
• Support delivering of required weekly and monthly reporting packs, along with business performance reviews to internal stakeholders.
• Review, understand, investigate, resolve issues and articulate actual expense spend transaction details
• Support the development and management reporting against the multi-year strategic plan.
• Direct business partnering support to the Business unit and liaison with teams supporting the business

Experience required:

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualified
• Experience within the insurance sector (from an audit perspective or hands on experience)
• Able to manage senior stakeholders and present information on a global platform
• Ability to develop relationships across multiple divisions including with non financial departments
• Driven and ambitious - want to progress and take on greater responsibility
• Intermediate excel skills
