FP&A Analyst

I am currently partnering with a high-growth, PE funded SaaS company, who are looking to on board a Senior FP&A Analyst/Manager. This FP&A position will see someone join a high-performing and well experienced finance team, to help the business make sense of it's data, bringing the numbers to life and working with a variety of HoD's to help them make well informed strategic decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA qualified accountant looking to make their 2nd move out of practice.

The Role

• Preparation and development of monthly financial performance reporting packs, to include analysis and commentary of variances to plan
• Independently conduct monthly review meetings with budget holders and to act as a key point of contact to support the budget holders with commercial business, capital and investment proposals
• Closely partner with our senior stakeholders to support them in determining future strategy and in making informed business and commercial decisions
• Analyse and understand key and crucial processes surrounding the potential M&A activity and provide insights and data to aid decision makers
• Build strong relationships and provide financial support to commercial decision makers, within a nimble and agile environment
• Build robust financial models to support commercial decision making
• Challenge business managers to ensure that all concepts have been properly considered before presenting to the business
• Challenge current ways of working to drive efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible

Your Profile

• ACA Qualified (preference)
• Experience in FP&A/Business Partnering/Corporate Finance
• SME Background (SaaS desired)
• Agile working mentality.

Salary

65,000 - 70,000
