FP&A Manager

Investigo are exclusively partnering a Global Engineering company in Surrey to recruit an FP&A Manager due to ongoing growth plans.

You will be a key business partnering supporting the executive leadership teams across the group. Fully responsible for defining and implementing strategic financial focus, evaluating financial results and supporting business.

Other duties include:

• Monthly/Quarterly reporting
• Responsible for financial reporting and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• team management

We are looking for the following experience.

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified
• Previous experience in FP&A and a Commercial Finance environment
• Proven capability in building and developing a team
• Ability to influence and navigate the business partnering and stakeholders, and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Experience with change management within an acquisitive environment.
