Full-stack Developers - JavaScript/React Native - (Multiple Roles)

Location: Leeds or Leicester, hybrid working with the ideal candidate spending one day a week in either Leeds or Leicester

Investigo have partnered with a leading business who have significant growth plans in 2021; this involves doubling their dev team in size and a range of opportunities from midweight to senior/lead developer level. These opportunities, for a Full-stack Developers to join their digital function and drive their serverless technology and application stack. Their digital engineering teams currently remotely and the ideal candidate will spend a day per week in either of their hubs in Leeds or Leicester.

You'll get to play a key role in the evolution and continuing modernisation of several solutions, applications, and critical systems, using serverless and cloud-based application stacks, as well as innovating and driving the adoption of modern practices throughout the digital teams. Rapidly scalable and secure are the two major priorities for 2021, that's where a skilled digital team comes in and the growth behind these roles to take on some complex builds.

The technology is driven by Azure and powered by a modern mix of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React Native and relational / non-relational databases. Their ways of working are Agile, utilising a Scrum delivery model, and with a quality first mindset they use a TDD approach.

So, what are we looking for?

• The ability to solve complex technical problems;
• Technical experience using the above or a combination of the above technologies;
• A recent background developing and delivering quality software in a serverless or cloud-based way (ideally Azure);
• Experience of working in an Agile environment.

Any notable experience developing large scale, greenfield applications would be hugely beneficial, as would an understanding of CI/CD and DevSecOps.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 p/a plus a range of benefits inc. cash car allowance (circa £6k), bonus (to 15%), holidays, great pension, health, and a variety of bespoke benefits that you can tailor to you. This role can be worked in a hybrid fashion from anywhere in the UK, with an expectation of one day per week in either Leeds or Leicester.
