Investigo are pleased to be supporting a growing organisation through a significant period of change. Having recently started a Microsoft Dynamics implementation programme, we require an interim Business Analyst to support finance and operations functions with the major system implementation.

Scope of work:

• Gathering instrumental requirements from the business, ensuring the system is fit for purpose.
• Guiding effected stakeholders through implementation phases.
• Support with troubleshooting and optimisation.
• Liaise with the 3rd party to ensure quality of services delivered
• Deliver functional designs to the vendor
• Co-ordinating testing
• Assist in developing a roadmap for continual enhancements of the D365
• Train and coach end-users on the new system
