Job description

HR Business Partner (Global), London, Media

£60,000 to £70,000 + bonus + benefits

A leading Global Media agency is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their Global People team. This role will work closely with the Global HR Director and the Coe's, owning all strategic and generalist HR activity for a diverse group of Corporate teams. Partnering with the senior leadership teams, the HR Business Partner will lead the implementation of the Global HR strategy, transformation programmes and Talent agenda for a geographically spread population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading on the HR strategy to ensure smooth delivery of the full suite of generalist activities and partnering with the CoE's to deliver required programmes
  • Consulting, influencing, and challenging senior leaders and complex key stakeholders to ensure that the HR strategy is in line with business objectives
  • From a Talent perspective, working with the Global Talent CoE to ensure that the talent development framework is designed, implemented and relevant to employees in each country
  • Advising and working with senior managers on complex ER matters, and providing guidance to the HR advisor in handling the simpler ER cases
  • Leading and embedding change and transformation programmes in each country, ensuring that key stakeholders and employees are supported and engaged
  • Supporting the HR Director and wider HR team on any ad-hoc projects where required

The successful candidate will have proven business partnering experience in a matrix organisation, sat within an Ulrich Model, ideally within fast paced commercial businesses (FMCG/Tech/Retail/Media). This role has a strong talent focus which means you will have demonstrable experience of running and delivering talent development programmes. Ability to engage and challenge multiple stakeholders at various levels and influence senior leaders through change is essential. You will need to be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and navigate through ambiguity.
