In our Guildford office we are looking for graduates or candidates with sales/recruitment experience who are driven by targets and sales to join our busy team of Finance Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Focus on all recruitment activities and develop your knowledge of sales, business development, marketing techniques, face-to-face meetings and networking to build relationships

✓ Play a key role in candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of talent for you and your team
