Group Corporate Finance

A leading global Technology company based in London is currently looking to recruit a Global Corporate Finance Analyst for their head office. The role will support the CFO / Strategy Director and will focus on providing M&A support to the group.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Support on M&A deals (roughly 5 per year - $25-50m)
• Business case development for new acquisition targets
• Prepare Valuation reports for the CFO
• Involved in market research / Industry reports
• Support the senior leadership team in regards to Strategy and business Direction
• Interact with the portfolio companies when new acquisition targets have been identified
• Work closely with the in house Legal team

The successful candidate;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
• Ideally experience in M&A, Transaction Services or FDD.
• Modelling experience (intermediate)
• Ability to work remotely / travel
• Proactive attitude.
