Group Financial Accountant

Company overview:

A leading international consultancy firm, based in Shoreditch (Liverpool St). Modern offices, boasting a renowned art collection and an on site staff canteen with a quiet reading area!

They have offices around the world with over 1,500 Partners.

Role:

The Group Financial Accountant will be working closely with the Interim Head of Reporting, covering an internal move. The role will focus on the group consolidations, producing the board packs and providing commentary & variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Group consolidations of 25 entities (inc international).
• Preparation and review of board reporting packs to the Head Office.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary on the board reporting packs.
• Assist with the preparation of group consolidated statutory accounts.
• Supervision of junior members of staff, for a reconciliation project.
• Preparation of group KPI's on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) or international equivalent (CA/CPA).
• Experience working on statutory audits in a practice environment.
• Strong excel & technical reporting skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to gain the required information.
• Reviewed or produced consolidated accounts.

What's on offer?

9-12 month fixed term contract, with a competitive salary of £55-60k dependent on experience. Potential to be extended or brought on, on a permanent basis.
