Group Reporting Manager

A leading AIM listed Technology group based in London is currently recruiting for a Group Reporting Manager. Reporting to the CFO, this role will be responsible for the financial reporting for the Group including the PLC requirements.

Managing a remote team, this role will have oversight of the transnational finance team, external reporting, support the internal reporting, bank covenant reporting and manage 3rd party relationships.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Lead the production of the interim and year-end accounts under IFRS
• Production of local entity statutory accounts for the group
• Act as first point of contact for all technical queries and ensure adherence to any compliance and external regulation issues
• Liaise with 3rd parties to manage the Audit and deal with any banking queries
• Production of the monthly bank reports including covenants
• Produce a rolling 12 month cash flow forecast
• Review actuals vs plan in relation to cash performance
• Highlight working capital opportunities and work with the CFO
• Support the SSC globally in relation to all balance sheet and P&L queries
• Produce monthly balance sheet risks and opportunities
• Process improvement
• Ad hoc Projects

The successful candidate will ideally have the following capability;

• ACA qualified Accountant (or equivalent)
• Experience in a Financial Reporting role with a listed business (PLC experience)
• Strong Technical background and IFRS experience
• Experience managing a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Proactive attitude
