Group Reporting Manager

A leading high growth PE backed Technology group based in London is currently recruiting for a Group Reporting Manager. The role will manage a team of 2 and report directly into the Finance Director.

Key responsibilities include;

• Manage a team of qualified Accountants
• Managing the consolidation process across all entities (20+) on Netsuite
• Supporting the senior management team in regards to the KPI and MI Reporting
• M&A Accounting for all disposals and new acquisitions
• Managing the intercompany Accounting for the group
• Liaising with the group's auditors in relation to interim and year-end audits

The successful candidate will need the following criteria;

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with circa 2 years+ PQE
• Experience of consolidated Audit / Consolidation Accounting
• Experience of acquisition Accounting (From Audit or Industry)
• Fast track Candidate
