Job description

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading UK Retailer in the recruitment for a Group Reward Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract in London.

This role will initially be home based but will require travel to Central London 2-3 days a week when the company reopens their offices.

Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, this role will be part of a small team managing the total Rewards programme.

As the Reward Manager, you will be accountable for managing the annual programme including.

  • Delivery of the pay review cycle
  • Management of the Global Bonus Scheme
  • Ownership of the Global Share plans
  • Development and implementation of the annual benefits schemes

This is a blended role with both BAU and Project management accountabilities.

We are looking for a proven Reward professional with a broad background in managing annual programmes, ideally within Global businesses.

You will need to be a technically strong candidate with well-developed analytical and system skills (MS Excel is a must).

Whilst this is a Fixed Term Contract, our client can accommodate those on a notice period.

Our client is not looking for a career interim and your CV must demonstrate longevity and progression in roles.
