Investigo are working with an exciting Landlord in London to recruit for a Head of Commercial Property Management on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Full management and monitoring of a diverse portfolio of investments
• Leading the team that oversee rent reviews, service charge budgeting, identifying repairs and the management of the repairs
• Direct liaison with and producing reports for the fund managers
• Identifying value add asset management opportunities

The Person

• Member of RICS or equivalent commercial property management experience
• Ability to work independently and off the back of your own initiative
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Good communicator
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player
