Head of FP&A

A leading hyper-growth Fintech business based in London is currently looking to recruit a Head of FP&A. This newly created role has come about to the recent growth of the business and successful funding. The role will support the C-suite to deliver the board packs, budgeting process, enhance the BI/MI capability and support on M&A.

Key responsibilities include;

• Leading on the annual budgeting process and automating utilising the new tools (Anaplan for eg.)
• Enhancing business insight and supporting the strategic decision making of the business
• Lead on business case development / investment appraisal including cost management across the business
• Work with the team to forecast long term planning and scenario models to provide strategic insight into new ventures
• Support on future M&A deals
• Transformation of the FP&A department
• Manage a team of qualified Accountants

Key requirements

• Qualified Accountant with FP&A / Business Partnering experience
• Experience in making enhancements and transformation (automation of processes etc).
• Strong analytical capability, experience of planning tools like Anaplan maybe beneficial
• Experience working in a PE backed environment is advantageous
• Need to be able to interact at C-suite level and bring stakeholders on a journey
