Head of FP&A

A global Technology organisation based in London is currently looking to recruit a Head of FP&A. The role will have a global remit focusing on leading the financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the business.

Key responsibilities of the role will include;

• Delivery of the 5-year plan for the Group
• Work closely with the Group Strategy team on long term planning and business case development.
• Work with the In-country CEO/CFO to monitor performance by region and compare vs plan.
• Prepare the monthly board pack
• Implement process and procedure & systems changes for the group
• CAPEX management

Key Skills

• Qualified Accountant
• Ability to interact at C-Suite level
• Strong Commercial Finance / FP&A background
• Ability to work in global matrix organisation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business.
