Head of Group FP&A

Investigo are exclusively partnering a high growth business services company, to recruit a Head of Group FP&A.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is either an FP&A Manager of Finance Business Partner, looking to set up an FP&A function for a Global group, supported by a Group CFO.

This role is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

• Group reporting FP&A reviews - quarterly, half yearly and annual to group deadlines across c. 35 countries to defined deadlines, including the understanding of variances against budget and forecasts against margin expectations and key business metrics including profit to cash.
• Development of Global key customer dashboards for profitability, credit exposure and regional coverage.
• Oversight of day to day intercompany trading relationships with the aim of driving process improvement with the longer term aim of supporting the implementation of electronic invoicing and reconciliations between the entities, improving the flow of working capital for large shared jobs and projects.
• Development of a Global Cash/Treasury performance Management structure and policies with the long-term objective of ensuring our cash is working hard for the global group and we understand and can forecast the overview.
• Development of vertical/business stream P&L across our global and regional reporting structures that support our business diversification.
• Business partnering - global vertical P&Ls
• Management of the annual global budgeting process and adhoc reforecasts.
• Support for capex and investment proposals within the regions.
• Development of the new consolidation system, where it supports the global FP&A role
• Key presenter at global annual finance conference on treasury/FP&A projects
• Providing mentoring for our graduate trainees
• Support for global sites and regional financial controllers as required
• Any other support required by the Group CFO, including some holiday cover for the Head of Group Financial Reporting and UK Financial Controller based on the same site.

Looking for the following:

• Qualified Accountant CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Strong FP&A background ideally within a low margin services business
• Ability to business partner with finance and non finance teams across the globe
• Strong attention to detail
