Head of HR - Fixed Term Contract

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading East Midlands based Manufacturing business in the recruitment for a Head of HR. Initially this is a 6-month fixed term contract but with scope to be made permanent.

Reporting to the Global HR Lead, this role will be accountable for driving the HR strategy to meet the demands of a business in a period of growth.

The role of Head of HR will lead the HR Operational function, creating and implementing People plans.

We are looking for a proven Head of HR or Senior Business Partner who must have significant across Manufacturing, FMCG or Logistics.

You will have led HR teams how have provided both Operational and Forward-Thinking HR.

This is a true Business Partner role and your CV must demonstrate driving commercial business performance through HR.

Ideally alongside business partnering, your background will include significant project management experience, ideally around Engagement, D&I and Comms.

Given the immediate start for this role, you must be available to start early April.
