A Property Consultancy company in Central London is recruiting for newly created Head of HR operations role. Reporting to the CEO and supporting the Talent & Culture Director, this role will provide full HR operational support to a growing and diverse employee population.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering required HR policies and procedures
• Develop and monitor overall HR processes, HR data and systems across the organisation
• Provide advice and guidance to senior management on all employee relations issues
• Manage all complex employee relations cases
• Tracking and management of the payroll process
• Delivering all Learning and development activities as well performance management

The ideal candidate will have experience leading and implementing HR processes and strategies within a small to medium sized business. They will require excellent knowledge of payroll, HR systems and databases. Strong employment law knowledge and ability to deal with complex cases efficiently is key. They will also be highly credible and excellent collaborator with the ability to partner with senior managers and engage with employees across the business.
