Head of HR Shared Services - EMEA

Head of HR Shared Services required for a leading Global Brand based in North London.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, this role will be accountable for the development and implementation of a new Global Shared Service Centre to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding business.

Working alongside the wider HR Leadership team and the Operational SLT, the role will have full accountability for creating a HR Platform to service a demanding EMEA client group.

You will be a proven HR Services Leader who has created Greenfield Centres which manage the full suite of employee services including ER, Reward, Administration and Recruitment.

As a HR Shared Service Expert, your experience will demonstrate Project Management including Global Change and Transformation.

As the Lead, you will manage a function of initially c.25 whilst being tasked to build both the team size and capability.
