Head of IT

An ambitious SME who are planning to double in turn over in the next 5 years through growth in existing markets, as well as international expansion are seeking to recruit a Head of IT. If successful you will lead on the modernisation of systems and infrastructure, helping drive a cloud first strategy, leading on an ERP implementation and creating a service that really enables the business as it grows.

The right candidate will be an experienced technology leader with a breadth of experience across infrastructure, systems, service etc. As the business are an SME, you'll either have previous experience of working within an SME combined with the ability to scale up as the business grows, or you'll demonstrate a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated within building and leading a technology function in a small but growing business. Crucial to this role are strong leadership skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including the management of third party relationships.
