A scaling technology company is currently recruiting for a dynamic Head of People Partnering to join their team in central London. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will sit on the People Leadership team and provide support a rapidly growing client group.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with key stakeholders and the C-suite to develop and implement the People Strategy across the client group
• Ensure smooth delivery of the full suite of generalist activities and partnering with the specialist HR centres to deliver required programmes.
• Leading on any People change projects as the business expands internationally

The ideal candidate will have business partnering experience within Technology, supporting large, preferably International, client groups. They will also be an excellent collaborator with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and complex key stakeholders. Adaptability and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments is key, as is experience of partnering scaling client groups, and delivering People transformation programmes.
