We are supporting a leading PLC based in Epsom, Surrey to recruit their Head of Revenue Accounting. A great global business the company employs around 50,000 across 120 countries.

The Head of Revenue Accounting is a vital role for the business and will take responsibility for managing and developing a team of 8 covering revenue accounting for the business, trade intercompany and transfer pricing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a team, covering revenue recognition for the business, trade intercompany and transfer pricing
• Ensure UK revenue is recorded according to US GAAP reporting standards
• Providing guidance to the business on how best to structure their client's contracts into matter set ups
• Principle point of contact for inter-actions with Internal and External Audit queries as well as ad hoc data requests from the business
• Review of SOX controls on a regular basis in conjunction with the in house SOX manager
• Management of remidiation when necessary
• Monthly review of all Order to Cash Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Monthly review of implementations and deferrals
• Sign off of Intercompany payments through the system
• Review of all OTC and Intercompany journals
• Quarterly delegated investment reporting
• Calculation of monthly WIP Levy amounts
• Manage all month end close processes for Revenue and Intercompany
• Principle contact with Corporate on any Order to Cash and Intercompany queries
• Monthly review of WUDS and Notional WUDS
