Head of Talent (L&D)

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a fast growth multisite UK business in the recruitment for their Head of Talent (L&D) to be based in Buckinghamshire.

This role will work in a hybrid pattern, mixing days at home, in Head Office and in the field.

Reporting to the HR Director, this is a newly created role which will create the Talent Strategy to meet the growth of the business.

Accountable for leading a team of L&D Professionals, this role is a green-field opportunity with them remit of creating forward thinking Learning programmes.

The Talent team will be accountable for employee development across full employment lifecycle.

• Leadership/Management Development
• Wellbeing
• Technical Training
• LMS Implementation
• Early Careers

This is a rare opportunity for a proven Senior L&D professional to join a business which is on a signification growth trajectory.

We are looking for proven Heads of Learning who ideally have worked within multisite environments.

You will have led teams of Learning Practitioners, delivering broad L&D programmes.

You'll be curious, creative and innovative, developing Learning Programmes that challenge the norm.
