Our client, a successful Fintech organisation, is recruiting for a driven HR Adviser to join their expanding generalist team in Central London. This role reports into the Head of HR and will provide key support to a vibrant international team of HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support the HR Business Partner team in the successful global delivery of all cyclical HR processes and activities
• Provide expert advice & coaching on all HR and ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, maternity, sickness etc
• Engage and advise employees and managers around HR policies and programs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices, providing ad hoc support for reporting and analytics as required

• Support the wider HR team on global change initiatives and stand in for HRBP's where necessary

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a positive attitude who can demonstrate great teamwork skills, and desire to learn. You will have a strong knowledge of Employment Law and best practice, demonstrable experience managing employee relations cases end to end. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction if needed.
