HR Business Partner
East London
Between £41,000 - £44,000 per annum

  • Are you an experienced HR Business Partner that is capable of building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels?

The Role

Your role will be to work in partnership with senior leaders and managers to support achievement of the organisations strategic objectives through aligned people plans and solutions.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Substantial HR experience, some of which should be in a similar role in a large or medium sized organisation
  • Provide expertise in operational activity; resolving employee relations issues, addressing grievances, complex casework, policy reform etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Confident in working across a wide range of stakeholders with the ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility with managers and other staff
  • Effective judgement and decision making, alongside the ability to create innovative and flexible solutions to business issues
  • Good written and spoken communication and accurate and confident when dealing with data
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent questioning and analytical skills.
  • High levels of initiative and attention to detail, with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of Microsoft Office, HR databases and excellent spreadsheet skills are essential
  • A demonstrable knowledge and understanding of employment law and its application is required, with the ability to apply that knowledge to a range of situations and contexts
  • Recognised professional certification (CIPD or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent skills and experience
