HR Business Partner

50K to 60K + benefits + bonus

Watford

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a successful and growing brand based in Watford. The HR Business Partner team are responsible for proactively partnering with the SLT to design and deliver a consistent and robust People Plan that enables effective delivery of the business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the full suite of generalist activity across a diverse client population, partnering with the COE's to deliver a highly effective people plan
  • Building strong relationships with the Leadership team and wider business stakeholders, providing a high level of professional generalist advice and services
  • Developing and managing a consistent and effective level of procedure and best practice across all ER/HR matters, ensuring that the relevant frameworks are fit for purpose
  • Managing all complex ER cases/tribunal claims
  • Using people metrics to identify trends and drive change in people management practices
  • Partnering with the L & D team to ensure that line managers are upskilled and supported
  • Contributing to the wider HR team's objectives and supporting on any ad-hoc people projects

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business partnering within a fast moving and commercial business, ideally within the technology/consumer sectors. A clear and demonstrable background of success within the HR Generalist space at Senior BP or Manager level. Ability to partner across all levels of the business, strong communication and influencing skills are essential.
