HR Change Project Manager

The successful candidate for this role will have both project management experience and a strong HR background.

Reporting directly into the HR Director, and working closely with the COO, this is an exciting year-long project for a good HR professional who has a track record of delivering HR projects and driving change programs.

This is an opportunity for the right person to lead a project and pull together a wealth of knowledge in order to:-

• review the system currently in place
• identify what is needing moving forwards
• design an implementation plan
• drive the key initiatives
• lead the PMO
• have a real impact on organisational design
