SAP SuccessFactors Data Lead

Our client requires a SAP SuccessFactors Data Lead to join their programme team, based at their offices in the South East on a permanent engagement.

Required skills are;

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Good experience with HR Data, in particular performing HR Data source and target analysis, HR data migration and experience building HR Data Models from scratch.
• Good experience with SAP/SuccessFactors E2E implementation.
• Architectural thinking and delivery of architectural work products.
• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM/Employee Central.
• Experience on multi-country global implementations.
• Leadership experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Team management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 - depending on experience (plus benefits package)

Location - South East

Travel - European and International
