HR Policy Project Manager

Investigo is partnering a Global Leader in the recruitment for a HR Policy Project Manager to be based from their Buckinghamshire Head Office.

Joining a business at an exciting time on their journey, this role will take accountability for reviewing and developing the company's HR policies across a global scale.

Reporting to the HR Lead, this is a technical HR role which will influence policy change and the people agenda across a global remit.

As a Generalist, you will be accountable for developing policies across all HR COEs, including Talent, Legal, L&D and Reward.

Our client is looking for a technically strong HR professional with a proven background in policy and practice development.

You will have strong Project Management and Analytical skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for HR Business Partners who have worked within Global/Matrix organisations and who have managed both Change and Transformation.

This role will work closely with the wider HR function, influencing change and therefore excellent communication skills are essential.
