My client is looking for a HR/PMO Analyst with experience to assist with a Global People Transformation Project. You may have experience as either an HR Advisor working on HR projects or as a Project Analyst who has worked on HR transformations. Experience of working on end to end project lifecycle and understanding of project and programme management principles and governance is advantageous. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating a variety of project documents as well as providing support to the wider team on both an EMEA and Global level.

Although there are SMEs to handle a lot of the HR type stuff, applicants will need knowledge of HR. What is as important is that they can chase deadlines and help keep the team organised on project related bits, this is where they currently struggle for time.

This contract is for an immediate start and will finish at the end of October. This contract will also be fully remote.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of generalist experience within HR/Projects. You will also need to have a strong eye for detail and be capable of building strong relationships with the global team and experience of working in a matrix environment. Good understanding of G-Suite or Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is essential.
