HRIS Analyst

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading International business in the recruitment for a HR Systems Analyst to be based in North Buckinghamshire.

Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, this role will be responsible supporting all HRIS installation and updates to maintain systems efficiency's.

As the Analyst, you will support development of the People systems, in line with the systems design principles, quality standards and best practice whilst providing first line support to the People Services team.

Accountabilities will include;

• Evaluating user needs and system functionality
• Coordinating HRIS scheduled releases and adoption of any mandatory or elected new functionality whilst ensuring software licensing laws are complied with
• Offering users appropriate support and advice, ensuring training of new HR staff to support their internal user needs
• Supporting with reporting requirements for HR team and wider Business
• Supporting the development and testing of new modules into all HRIS

Our client is looking for a proven HRIS Analyst with strong technical skills and a good understanding of HR processes.

You will have an analytical mindset with a strong background in data mapping, manipulation and reporting.

Given the nature of the role, you will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
