ICT Project Manager, SC Cleared and NPPV3 environment.

ICT Project Manager required to delivery complex building ICT infrastructure projects. Given the urgency and secure environment, current NPPV3 and SC Security Clearance is essential.

Project Manage a number of small IT infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and partner organisations. Examples of projects include the implementation of Instant Messanger, booking systems, virtual network, implementing pull printing etc.

• Working with the team to identify and agree which ICT projects will be taken forward.
• Oversee the development of the designs for each of the ICT opportunities and capture the risk, issues, constraints, benefits, costs, etc. during this design phase.
• Produce and managed a Project Delivery Plan.
• Produce an overall plan on a page (POAP).
• Manage a team of Architects, BA's, testers and IT specialists to ensure delivery of the projects. These resources will be dedicated to each of the projects and will need to managed under the direction of the PM throughout the lifecycle of all the projects
• Capture and manage RAID.
• Produce benefit maps for each of the programmes and produce a dashboard that reports monthly progress against these.
• Produce a finance plan showing actuals and forecasts. Update the plans on a monthly basis.
• Implement each of the projects against the dates baselined within the delivery plan.
