Implementation Manager

As a Technical Implementation Manager, your skill in implementation planning, organisation of implementation readiness and change management will be critical for supporting my client in readiness and excelling in new ways of working aligned to their ambitious and exciting transformation programme.

Performance Indicators in the role will be based on successful creation of cutover strategy, engagement with IT to confirm operation cutover deliverables, Implementation strategy, management of third-party resource, successful transition to operations, ensure that operational processes and governance are in place, and writing operational governance.

The successful candidate will have experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, transport or medical devices, and will have experience working as an Implementation Manager, ideally in one of these industries. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, a strong problem-solving capability and a positive can-do attitude.
