In-House Recruiter (Fintech)
Central London
£40,000 to £50,000 base + bonus + bens
A leading Global Fintech has a number of fantastic in-house recruiter opportunities within their growing Talent Acquisition team. The roles will be responsible for recruiting at all levels across multiple Corporate Functions and Technology. With a clear focus on best practice, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver the end to end recruitment cycle in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Owning the recruitment life cycle for all Corporate/Technology hires, at all levels, globally
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure that recruitment needs are understood and defined
- Ensuring that best practice is defined and delivered through a highly effective sourcing, interviewing and closing approach
- Utilising a number of channels, internally and externally, in order to ensure high calibre Talent is attracted
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout full recruitment cycle
- Managing agency relationships where necessary
- Managing all relevant KPIs and producing regular reports
The successful candidate must have previous in-house experience recruiting across several corporate functions and/or technology specific roles. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, you will have the ability to gain trust and influence stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast -paced, agile environment will be key.
