Infrastructure Operations Manager

Financial Services client is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Manager that will report into the IT Director. They will take ownership of BAU day to day activities and a team of Technical Product Owners which covers nine core IT infrastructure areas that have been outsourced.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure operations management
• Experience with key controls pertaining to IT infrastructure management;
• Experienced with managing core infrastructure workstreams such as Cloud, Data centre, Linux, Desktop, Voice, Storage and Backup, Database and Middleware
• Built and managed a disaster recovery plan in support of an overall business continuity program
• Practical knowledge of ITIL application processes and implementation
