INTERIM - 6 MONTHS - ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - FACILITIES - TFM

An FM Service Provider is currently seeking an Interim Account Director for 6 months to oversee the strategic direction and operational delivery of a contract that sits in the Central Government sector. Due to a recent promotion, they're looking for an Interim to take over and maintain the current relationship with the customer. The contract is a TFM contract where both hard and soft services are provided with a value of c£15m. The business in question boasts a very impressive portfolio of both Public Sector and Private Sector contracts internationally and has a brilliant working culture.

As the Interim Account Director, you will be responsible for the likes of:

• Developing and maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships.
• Be the lead on compliance and ensure that it is up to date.
• Develop, coach and mentor the current team in place.
• Understand the contract's SLA and ensure the delivery against them.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience managing demanding clients.
• Can demonstrate working for other leading FM Service Providers.
• Ideally have experience managing contracts within the Public Sector
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can demonstrate successful managing a P&L worth in excess of £10m.
• Ideally BIFM or other equivalent memberships.
• Ideally Degree educated or have come up from an FM related background.
