Interim Financial Accountant

Large PLC is looking to recruit an interim Financial Accountant for 6-12 months to cover while their permanent person moves to a project role internally. The role will work in a small finance team for a specific area of the business but is part of a much larger Group finance function. The suitable candidate will be fully qualified, ideally ACA or ACCA with a real love of controls and Financial accounting practices.

You will need to have experience in reviewing, implementing and tracking controls. Managing internal and external audit relationships will be a key part of the role, whilst analysing finance data and presenting findings to senior management. This role will also require good people interaction & liaising with the wider finance / business functions.

The role is hybrid, minimum 3 days in the Northampton site, and is working for an excellent business with great people & work culture. You will ideally be immediately available as the role will commence ASAP. Role is inside IR35 scope as covering a permanent post. Client will consider both hiring on a fixed term contract or day rate basis.
