A global Facilities Service Provider is currently in the market for Catering Manager to run a busy Patient Dining package on a healthcare contract. Based in Worcestershire, the Operations Manager will be working for a reputable business and on a contract that has recently been awarded a new term after delivering such a great service in its previous term.

As a Catering Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day responsibility of the performance of the Patient Dining
  • Lead the resource and ensure that the delivery is in accordance with the performance indicators
  • Identify operational improvement and implement these procedures
  • Be the main point of contact for the client with regards to this aspect of the contract
  • Lead the team and manage their appraisals and ensure they're delivering in accordance with the performance indicators

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the below experience:

  • Worked in a similar role where you have managed Patient Dining packages.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Up to date with relevant compliance and health and safety requirements
