Job description

Interim Head of Cleaning Services for an initial 3 month contract to cover the UK. A UK FM Service Provider is looking for a Head of Cleaning Services who can lead a transition and growth plan. Immediate start with a strong possibility to extend past the initial 3 months.

The Head of Cleaning Services will be responsible for the successful transition of cleaning services and will be responsible for the likes of;

  • Maintaining a high level of statutory compliance.
  • Manage a workforce of 1000+
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Management team to ensure a successful transition.
  • Setting up new processes and procedures for a successful future operating model.
  • Day to day operational management of the service line.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have the following skills and experience;

  • Have a proven career working in facilities management and in a similar operational role.
  • Delivered Soft Services into a high-profile contract where there is a large amount of statutory compliance.
  • Have strong leadership skills and able to communicate at all levels.
