Interim Tax Manager

Our client requires an interim for a 3 month assignment, a CTA qualified tax manager who can pick up the half yearly accounts, do tax computations and provisions, while providing general support to the tax team.

As the Tax Manager, you will lead the team responsible for delivery of tax compliance and the statutory reporting cycle. Compliance cycle relates to corporate tax, VAT & Excise returns for the UK group and overseas subsidiaries. Undertaking risk based reviews to drive process improvements and to support the annual submission of the Senior Accounting Officer certificate.

Contribute to business projects, ensuring the tax implications are identified and addressed.
Preparation of computations to support tax disclosures in Group and subsidiary statutory accounts.
Your team will consist of 3 people, yourself with 2 direct reports. You will be leading this team, with high focus on robust tax control and reporting
