International Finance Business Partner

My client is currently looking for an enterprising individual to join their FTSE 100 property company in a an International Finance Business Partner role. This highly strategic role will involve direct work with senior management teams and will strongly influence the business decisions of the given business unit. You will therefore be required to have previously shown an ability to communicate finance information to non-finance stakeholders and to influence external stakeholders.

The role itself is as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

- Budgeting, forecasting & analysis

- Modelling & business planning

- Managing International Finance Managers

- Oversee the monthly management reporting

- Build relationships with all necessary stakeholders

- Perform and develop strategic scenario analysis

- Develop IT solutions and as and where necessary

Key Requirements :

- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qual

- Previous property experience

- International experience is preferable

- Previous business partnering experience

- Exceptional IT skills

- Team management is preferable

- Strong communicator
