Investment Analyst

My client is currently looking for a highly dynamic and learned Investment Analyst for their rapidly growing company. The position which reports through to the Senior Finance Analyst will be instrumental in helping drive the profitability of this rapidly growing division within a recognised FTSE 100 business. The role itself will require someone with excellent knowledge of the property sector and an excellent modelling ability as well as an individual who has developed a strong commercial sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Modelling for land appraisals
• Building financial models for new investment opportunities
• Provide financial advice for property colleagues
• Maintaining corporate business plan models
• Help provide strategic advice on future investment
• Provide ad hoc analysis to senior finance figures

Key Requirements

• Strong modelling skill set
• A strong commercial mindset
• Investment appraisal
• DCF modelling experience
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
