IT Business Analyst

A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Analyst to join a successful, global FTSE 100 organisation based in Bedfordshire.

This role comes at a time of growth in line with the launch of new and exciting company initiatives as part of their IT transformation programme, and will focus on specific technology projects across infrastructure, cloud and ERP.

As the key liaison point between the business and IT, you will develop stakeholder relationships and exposing the true needs of the business whilst defining, managing and communicating requirements to support delivery of projects.

Key skills required for the IT Business Analyst:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Travel, Hospitality and/or Airline sector.
• Exposure to the full SDLC
• A strong understanding of Business Processes
• Specific experience gathering requirements, scope and change management and project initiation
• Knowledge of analysis and development techniques such as Agile & Waterfall, however the environment is predominantly Waterfall
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Project planning experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonus + benefits
