What experience do you need?

• Proven commercial experience as a senior IT Business Analyst (User Stories, SDLC, Workshops etc) gained within the Lloyd's / London Insurance Market.
• Experience of leading other BA's across a programme of work.
• An understanding of Business Architecture.
• Good working knowledge of the the underwriting Lifecycle.
• Experience of working within a large complex IT function.
• Proven experience of Agile methodology.
• Very strong communication and stake holder management skills.
