My client, a leading utilities company, is seeking a PMO analyst to join their Digital Programme Management Office for an initial 6-month contract. The role will focus on ensuring IT projects are delivered in a standardised framework.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure timely review and maintenance of RAID logs and Project plans
• Responsible for managing PIDs, SharePoint administration and Project Status Reporting
• QA reviews on project documentation including the PID and plans
• Co-ordination of the individual project documentation to input into programme level reporting
• Support the Change Request Process
• Meeting facilitation (agendas, actions etc.)

Candidates must have:

• Strong background as a PMO Analyst on IT programmes
• Experience of project management principles, methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience in developing and enforcing governance methods is essential
• Familiar in the use of MS Project and MS Visio
