IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line)

Initial 3 Months - £180-£200 per day (inside IR35) - On site from London office, initially 5 days per week

Our London based Not-for-profit client have an immediate requirement for an IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support) to join on an initial 3-month contract. At least for the first month of the contract this role is required on site from their London office 5 days per week.

Key experience required for the IT Service Desk Analyst:

  • Experience using an IT service management systems
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operations systems
  • Experience in a customer facing IT support role
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (creating accounts, password resets and security groups)
  • Good understanding of network and communications technologies
